Taco Seasoning I
I cut back on the salt but other than that I did not change a thing. Thanks for putting this out here, Bill, it's nice to have a truly flavorful seasoning mix that is not store bought and full of "stuff". Awesome!

Golden Rum Cake
Made this for a friend who was having a get-together and wanted to serve a rum cake. He gave it rave reviews and told me it was a huge hit with his wife and all their guests. I'm not a "box cake" baker and having never made a rum cake in my life I was nervous about how this recipe would turn out but I should not have been. Though I did not taste it myself, I'm confident this is a good recipe as it got absolute rave reviews!

Baked Applesauce
In a word... FABULOUS! I used 5 apples (2 Red Delicious and 3 Ambrosia), 5 tablespoons of Splenda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground clove and 1/3 of a freshly grated nutmeg nut along with a splash of vanilla extract. I checked it at the 30 minute mark and gave it a goooooood stir. When it was all baked (45 minutes) I gave it another gooooooo stir then used the immersion blender to make it smoother but left it rather chunky since that's the way I like it. Again, in a word... FABULOUS!
