Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas
Delicious and very easy to make. I baked them in the oven like someone else suggested. I will make these again!

Buttermilk Pound Cake II
I halved this recipe and baked for only an hour. It turned out really great for my first pound cake and I'm really impressed. Next time I'd like to use real lemons over lemon extract and I'd like to use a taller pan, I used a small loaf pan. For those who say their cakes came out dense, use less 1tbs less flour and more egg yolks.
