Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these as is and it was good. I also made it with Jimmy Dean sausage and it was AWESOME!!! I used the Jimmy Dean sausage in a tube and crumbled it up while it cooked then added it to the cream cheese and ommited the parm. It was way better this way!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I had to make this twice this week...it's very good. I made it exactly as directed and my family couldn't get enough of this. It's even better the next day. This will definitely be in the permanent collection and a winter staple in my home.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

I used this recipe as a temperature and time guide to roast a chicken. I didn't use the seasoning in this recipe. Instead I mixed together Montreal Chicken and Rosemary Garlic seasoning then roasted it according to the recipe. PERFECT!!!! Crispy skin and tender fall off the bone moist meat. This is the best way to roast a chicken.

Smooth Sweet Tea

I will never buy sweet tea again from the store when it's super easy to make and tastes better! The best part of this is that i can give my kids sweet without the high fructose corn syrup!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

This was a very good recipe. I added a few dashes of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp of cumin. Awesome!!!! Great summer grilling recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is my and my whole family's favorite cake now. I didn't have to make any changes to the cake and it's great. For frosting try it with the coffee butter frosting, also on allrecipes. I just tried it with whipped cream cheese frosting for my nephews cake and everyone went nuts over the cake. It was that good. Seriously, the moist chocolaty cake combined with the extra light and fluffy frosting with a hint of cream cheese. SOOOO good! If you do try the frosting cut the sugar to by a 1/4 cup.

I love love love this recipe! Everytime I make it the people I serve I serve it to also love it. Sometimes I cut the sugar in half and add more cocoa powder and coffee granules.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Excellent recipe! Great flavor and perfect smooth texture. I served this at a lunch and everyone loved it. I followed the recipes almost to exactly. I just changed the procedure for the crust a little by adding a teaspoon on cinnamon with the graham cracker crumbs and then I baked it for 10 minutes before pouring the filling on top. Also baked the whole thing in a bain marie.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Very good! I made it the way Connie Rempel suggested and it turned out perfectly. My husband loved it also and he normally hates meatloaf. Also, I glazed the top with tomato sauce and worcetershier sauce.

World's Best Lasagna

This was a good recipe. Easy to make. My kids liked it, but my husband who first generation italian was not excited about it. I too was not impressed as I grew up across the street from italians and often ate at their house. The recipe for me was for americanized lasanga. Good though.

Baked Ziti I

My family gives this 5 stars, but since i made it i'm rating it 4 stars. It was very good. I think next time i'll make it with ricotta and half sour cream. The sour cream gave it a nice kick, but it was missing that italian taste of the ricotta. Good recipe though! Defintely going into my permanent recipe book.

Cake Balls

This recipient was super easy! The trick is to go easy with the frosting and add to your cake mixture little by little until you get your desired consistency. Also, do refrigerate the cake balls untill chilled and roll them by hand after scooping them to get a nice "truffle-like" look. I used Devil's Food with Whipped Chocolate Forsting. It was great. Everyone loved it. I'll try a different combo next time.

Four Cheese Macaroni

I made this for thanksgiving this year. My daughter and husband, who are very picky eaters, loved it and requested to have it again this week. I didn't have any muenster cheese, so I just double the other cheeses. It still turned out great.

Steak Tips with Mushroom Sauce

I used NY strip steaks for this recipes and it was fabulous! My husband and I absolutely loved it. I followed the recipe almost exactly. The only thing I changed was using baby bellas instead of the large portobellas. The baby bellas have a sweeter flavor. This recipe is definitely going into my permanent file. Thanks for sharing it!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

This was a very good recipe. It gets just the four stars because it really does need the extra flavoring of the Worcestershire and soy sauce. I tried it twice. The first time with the extra sauces and my family loved it. The second time I tried it as the recipes states exactly without anything extra and they were just alright. So, pretty much if you're going to try this recipe I suggest going the route everyone else is going and add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. I don't know about the liquid smoke though. I didn't try it.
