This was a good cookie, even though I made a few changes. I will keep this recipe! I used apples instead of pineapple only because it's apple time of year. I will used pineapple next time. I used 1/2 white & 1/2 wheat flour also. I'm into using pumpkin right now & this is a good cookie!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I always add 1 3oz. pkg vanilla pudding mix to help keep cookies soft. Also replace 1/3 of flour with cake flour will make softer cookies. I usually do both. My co workers beg me to bake.

Black Bean, Corn, and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

Lovely for a summer it's too hot meal!! I reduced oil to 1/4 c. and added fresh mint to dressing, oops I forgot the mustard. I will make this over & over, so many ways to change it up. I think it would be great with salmon! I will take this to our family reunion.

Roasted Red Pepper Muffins

This was wonderful! I added a little roasted jalapeno for a little heat. And brushed with beaten egg per a review. A keeper & it will taste great this winter with chili! MMMMM good!

Sunday Chicken Supper

I made this for visiting family in a crock pot so it was done when we got back from hiking. I added pennsylvania dutch type dumplings when it was done. We called them rivvels. I don't even know if I spelled that right. I watched them gobble it up! A keeper!
