This meat is moist, tender, and delicious with no sauce or with any BBQ sauce. I only had a small pork roast so added two large boneless skinless chicken breasts, chicken broth, water, and a couple of beef bouillon cubes. Shredded them all together before adding generic sauce...delicious!
Made it again last night with a small pork tip sirloin roast (no chicken), water, bouillon cubes, and sprinkled with garlic powder, black pepper and parsley flakes. Instead of shredding, I sliced it as a roast. Again, very flavorful and moist...you cannot go wrong with this recipe.
