Have you ever tried Okra?

You know that slimy vegetable also known as lady's fingers or gumbo.
Well I finally found a method of cooking Okra that was Tasty!
Grill it!
I grill everything!
I found a new store for spices (I really didn’t find the store; some friends sent me some spice samples). The store name is Penzeys Spices. ( They have the best spice ingredients you’ll find anywhere.
Back to the Grilled Okra. I guarantee you will love this. (if you don’t, please don’t tell me)
Try this recipe out:
Preheat a grill to medium high. Toss 1 pound of washed and dried okra with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon Penzeys Fox Point Seasoning (portions to taste). Thread the okra across 2 skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece. (don't forget to pre-soak the skewers) Grill until tender and charred, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Sorry, you’ll have to order a small jar of the spice to try this out. I haven’t found any other spice that works as well as the Penzeys.
