Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Fantastic! I tossed the fresh tomato sauce with spinach and mozzarella ravioli's and added a little balsamic vinegar and it was superb!!! Tomatoes, Onions, and Basil straight out of the garden...YUM!

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie II

Very Yummy and Rich! The longer you leave pie in the freezer the easier it is to serve and eat. I made this for my daughter who wanted a pie for her birthday dinner party and it was a hit. I followed the recipe exactly but also added in some chunks of banana. It was great and I will be making this again but when I do I will let it sit in the freezer for longer then the two hours that I did this time.

It's Chili by George!!

I tweak this recipe a little to suit my tastes but it is really good. Instead of using tomato juice I use a 15 oz. can of spaghetti sauce and two 15 oz. cans of petite diced tomatoes along with the 29oz. of spaghetti sauce the recipe calls for. I also use 1 can of kidney beans and 2 cans of black beans. It's a favorite with my family with a little dollop of sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Cheese Dipping Sauce

I melted the butter first and then added the flour and brought it to a boil before adding everything else to make it less grainy. I also added chopped onion and sautéed them for a couple of minutes before adding the milk. It was an excellent addition to our baked potato bar and I will definitely make this again!

I really love this recipe, I even like to mix it up with some mixed berries also. The only thing I would suggest is to use two loaf pans instead of one!

Reese Cup Pie II

This recipe does not work as a pie, it never set up. It may work well as a mouse, but I won't try it again. My six year old didn't like it at all. It was a big mess!
