I'm sorry, but I didn't like this salad at all. Too much pepper and red wine vinegar.

Creamy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
It is okay, but definitely needs something. Maybe onions, mushrooms, and, or cheese? I also added garlic like others suggested, and broccoli. If someone figures out what's missing, I would like to know!

Tangy Barbecue Sauce

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This sauce is perfect!! Everyone in my family loves it! The 1st time I used it ( on chicken), I didn't say anything to my family, and they didn't even notice it wasn't from a bottle! Then I told them, and they all said, "Don't buy it anymore then, make this!" So, I don't! I've made this sauce for lots of dishes now, and it's always good! Thanks for the rcipe, Jenine!! :)

Hamburger Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
This soup is excellent. I've been making this for years, with a different recipe that I got years ago. Mine calls for the hamburger, but I also put potatoes, corn, green beans, peas, and cabbage, along with the onion, carrots, and diced tomatoes. I did not use basil, either, as someone else suggested, but use garlic, marjoram, and thyme instead. You can also throw a bay leaf in if you want, and of course a little salt and pepper. It comes out as a very hearty veggie soup with hamburger in it! It's been made in our family for years, and everyone loves it! (:

Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
It was okay. A little bland for our liking, but if you add some spices or worcestershire, it's allright.

Rockin' Salsa

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
My girlfriend and I used this recipe for our 1st time canning salsa. Good recipe, but a little too sweet for our taste, so we cut the sugar in half, added more onion and peppers, and it was really good! will use this recipe again next year!
