Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2013
Loved this recipe, it was easy to cook and oh sooooo yummy! I, like the others omitted the flour. I also added a large onion roughly sliced to the mix. Then in order to thicken it up I added some cornstarch and poured it over the chicken on a bed of rice.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
Wasn't sure if this was going to turn out as I used frozen peaches that we had picked last summer. There was a lot more liquid than I thought that there was going to be, but it turned out great. I didn't add the extra sugar and cinnamon to the top as I thought that it was already sweet enough. I also didn't add the nutmeg because I didn't have any, but I substituted the same amount of pumpkin spice and it was just as good. The only thing that would have made it better was a dollop of home made whipping cream or vanilla ice cream.

Six Threes Ice Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
I have to say that this recipe is the best! When I was looking for an ice cream recipe, I saw this one and figured I would try it. I am so glad that I did because my kids fight me for it. I did make a few modifications though. I used orange juice instead of squeezed oranges (1 orange= 1/4 cup of juice). I also did the same for the lemons and it came out perfect.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
This recipe is really good. It gets better everytime I make it. It comes out moist and my kids love it. I also make a vanilla sauce to go over it which enhances the flavor even more.
