Delicious Mushroom Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was very good. I didn't put in the carrots or celery but that was because I didn't have them. Other wise I followed it to a T and it turned out very good. If your sensative to salt make sure you use low sodium chicken broth and soy sauce.

Easy Lemon Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
This pie was so easy and so tasty! It was a huge hit at Christmas. I used a premade pie shell and I whipped up the egg whites for the top. I baked it for about 5 min untill the top turned a bit brown. Very good!

Peanut Butter Chews

This was pretty good. They needed a little something to send it over the top. Maybe a little drizzle of chocolate? Other wise it was a super easy treat that was well liked!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
I like this one a lot! It was very easy to make. It was also very good without being too sickly sweet like pecan pies can sometimes be. Everyone at Christmas gave it a thumbs up!

Zucchini with Basil Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
I was actually a little dissapointed in this recipe. It was realy lacking in flavor. The "creamy" part of it was pretty much non existant. Maybe if you upped the sauce and cheese by at least double and added some salt. It wasn't bad just not great.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2009
I followed this recipe exactly except I left out the raisins because I didn't have any. They turned out great! Chewy but not mushy. Very tasty! This is also a recipe you could easily change to your individule taste. A keeper for sure!

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
This was great! I am new to using yeast so I wanted to start with something pretty easy. It turned out perfect and yummy! I made it two times once mixing in the yeast dry and once proofing it before I mixed it in. Both times it turned out exactly the same. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Raisin

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
This was not my favorite. It was very moist and fluffy but lacked in flavor. I couldn't realy taste the banana or the peanut butter and the oatmeal just got lost in there somewhere. If I were to make it again I would add more oats, less flour and more sugar.

Quinoa with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
This was pretty good flavor wise. The only thing I didn't like was how smushy the potatoes got. I put the left overs in the broiler for a while untill the potatoes crisped up a bit. It was much better after that.

Moroccan Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
This was ok but not my fav. The flavor was a bit weak so I doubled all the spices. I should have held back on the cumin, that was all I could taste.

Penne with Garlicky Broccolini

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
This was very good. My only complaint is that it turned out a bit dry. I added a little bit of butter to the serving on my plate and that did the trick. Very good flavor though.
