Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
This is a very good recipe. I just sauteed the garlic in the butter and mixed in the lemon to pour on top. Same amount of ingredients. Very good. We have had 3 times in the last month. Just have the fish with a salad. Thanks!

This was so easy and very good. Very filling, too. 2 minutes under the broiler was enough. Made these with a salad. This is a very good, fast and easy meal to make after work. Thanks!

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
Loved this recipe. I did soak the dried beef in water first.. otherwise, it would have been a bit too salty. Thats the only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 stars. We make this one often. Thanks!

Was a bit scared to make these, but glad I did. They were a huge hit! Made a double batch and not one was left. Gave the recipe out to 4 people that same night.

One of my favorites! The only change I made was using half wine half broth. This is a very easy meal to put together. Delicious. Thank you for sharing it!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
Fixed this yesterday for the Super Bowl. Wow, was it easy. I added onion, worchestershire sauce and a can of Consommé and garlic. I used a 3lb chuck roast, sliced it like others suggested and put it back in the liquid for another hour. DELICIOUS! I cant wait to make it again. HUGE HIT. Thanks!

Frogmore Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
Wow. Fast, easy and delicious. I took the advice of other readers and added one beer, a cup of unpeeled garlic cloves and quartered an onion. We loved this meal (I reduced to serve 4) and I know it will become a regular one at our house. Thanks!
