These taste great, however, the outside cooked a lot faster than the inside. The first ones were dark brown on the outside & doughy in the middle. I ended up turning the oven down to 400 for the second batch. These rise like crazy! I used half whole-wheat flour and they were delicious. A great sweet-salty mix.
