About this Cook
I am 25 yrs. old currently living in Orlando, Fl. I made my 1st real meal when I was at the young age of 8, if you can believe that, I made myself a steak w/ mac n cheese and French style green beans (still one of my favs.) with only the super vision of my older sister (who was like 11 yrs. old) just to make sure I didn't burn the house down. Anyways, my love for cooking started out at a very young age and I think I love it even more now than before.
My favorite things to cook
Smothered pork chops, smothered chicken, fried chicken, steak, prime rib, pizza spagetti, lasagna, roast beef, beef stroganoff, chicken alfredo, chicken fried rice, egg rolls, tuna casserole, breakfast foods, cakes, cookies... you name it! I could go on for days:)

Eric's Best New York Style Cheesecake
Although this recipe is good, I have found one that is AMAZING!!! For people who are unhappy with this recipe I would highly recommend using the "New York Style Cheesecake III" recipe from this website, it is perfect everytime without changing a thing! (However, it comes with a shortbread crust recipe which is good but everyone I know prefers the graham cracker crust so I always use that instead.)

New York Cheesecake III
Abslutely love this recipe, however, we all decided that we do prefer it with an extra thick graham cracker crust instead of the shortbread which was just ok. Hint: Make sure to only use Lg. eggs (not XL or jumbo, lol ;) Also, gently mix eggs with a fork in a separate bowl and let it sit for a while to get rid of any air bubbles, then fold/stir into the beaten mixure with a spoon; it helps make it so the cheesecake doesn't crack/split while baking.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Best Chili EVER!!!!! Although it is perfect as is, we always add either a habanero or jalapeno pepper to add extra spice & flavor, also, we slow cook it all day in the crock pot & it is Awesome every time! Other than that follow the recipe exactly and people we be raving about "your Chili" for years to come!
