Summer Potato Salad

I'm always wary of writing reviews when I've changed the recipe, but I'll make an exception! I only used about half the mayonnaise sauce in the recipe to keep the fat content down, I didn't add the sauce to hot potatoes but let them cool first and I omitted the mustard (girlfriend hates mustard). Nevertheless, the flavours were bright and well balanced and we kept the leftovers for lunch the next day! Will definitely make this again.

Pesto, Goat Cheese, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Quiche

The flavors in this quiche are excellent. What's not good to say about Pesto, cheese and sun dried tomatoes! If we were making it again I might bake the pastry blind as the pesto made the base a little soggy. Also as suggested we used 2% instead of the cream. Overall a smashing recipe

Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

There's no mention of salt and pepper in the instructions, it needs seasoning, don't forget! I added roasted red peppers and some red chili flakes. Overall this recipe is a winner. And thanks to whoever posted the use of a muffin in, it kept the burgers nice and moist.

Baked Rigatoni with Italian Sausage and Fennel

Make sure that you THINLY slice that fennel. The flavors in this dish were great but my fennel was a little too crunchy!

Creamy Broccoli Soup

This soup was lovely. I made it for a get together over the holidays and everyone was impressed. I blended the soup before I added the cheese, I think this brings out the broccoli flavor a little more and gives a nice texture. I also added double the flour to make the soup a little thicker. Would definitely make this again.
