Easy Asparagus

Yum!! Everyone loved this recipe & my boyfriend said it was the best asparagus I've ever made. Used balsamic vinegas in lieu of wine since I didn't have it on hand. Make it!!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe is just flavored cream cheese stuffed in mushrooms. I should have used less filling per mushroom b/c the cream cheese way overpowered the mushrooms. 2 stars b/c a few people said they liked them.

Healthy Garden Salad

Wow this salad is great!! Thanks so much for submitting it. I am going to make it regularly to have it in my fridge as it is SUCH a healthy snack or side. If you slice the cherry tomatoes it looks really pretty next to the round beans/corn. Thanks again!!

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

The previous reviewer was right; this IS a great way to get in a few servings of fruit. I thought this would come out runny but it was really thick; I used a frozen banana & I think that helped w/ the thickness. Next time I'll add blueberries. Great recipe!

Made exactly has written and they are great. Definitely no beer taste; used Corona Light. They taste just like something you'd get in a Mexican restaurant & they're so easy!

Pita Chips

I just made these chips & like everyone else who said they were delicious, I agree. I used whole-wheat pitas & didn't use chervil & they tasted wonderful. A big thanks to whoever first posted to brush the oil on the pitas before cutting them.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Made these today - very easy & delicious. I did half white, half milk chocolate on some & also topped w/ nuts & chocolate sprinkles. They tasted as good as they looked.
