I made this twice. The first time I used a pastry blender to make the crust by hand. I added some crushed walnuts. It held up better for longer. After 3 days, the crust was still nice and crisp/flaky. It was good made with the mixer, but didn't hold up as long. I used a variety of fresh fruits including berries, grapes and fresh pineapple. I just bought pineapple juice. The second time I made it I also added a little almond extract to the white chocolate/cream cheese mixture. This is a great and easy recipe that will surely please the most picky guests. I would highly recommend it!
