About this Cook
Im a 22 year old stay at home mum , i have a Two year old very picky eater and have quickly learnt that just because it tastes good to the other 5 people in the house doesnt mean it will taste good to her. lol.
My favorite things to cook
I will try pretty much everything, i love spicy food, but i have quite a few allergies so i am unable to eat very much of it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Spaghetti bolognese, Chicken and vegetable lasagna, Marinaded steak, anything tasty with chicken, Spinach and Feta Muffins, and my great grandmothers famous vanilla cookies.

Gluten-Free Orange Almond Cake with Orange Sauce
Its a great recipe thank you I am wheat, gluten and lactose intolerant so i didnt make the sauce :-) . Just a note; i have made this cake a few times and use Fresh whole mandarines which i boil until they are falling apart (about an hour) and then pulse with a food processor. It makes for a much sweeter, fresher flavour.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
This is by FAR the absolute BEST Fried Rice i have EVER eaten. It taste's just like the Chinese shop's, i didn't change the recipe at all and i love love loved it! For other people all i can say is do not leave the sesame oil out, it is the reason it tastes so great :-)

Easiest Teriyaki Marinade Ever
This marinade was very good, i actually used it as a base for Terriyaki beef stirfry. I did add a few things to the base though, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of seasame oil, and doubled the recipe, It came out absolutely perfect. thank you :-)
