Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
This was awesome! My only regret is finding the recipe at the end of Summer tomato season! I added fresh minced garlic, and for the dressing I used a package of Good Season's Cheese and herbs dressing, subbing Balsamic for regular vinegar. I omitted the onion, but that is just my personal taste. I will definitely be making this again! I would like to try adding cooked shrimp next time! Thanks, Kelcampbell!

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2009
I made this yesterday, and finished it today ... a bit of work, but well worth the end result! It tastes delicious, and my gravy is all done for the big day! The only thing I did differently, was after straining the broth, I refrigerated it overnight, making removal of the fat simpler. Definitely 5 stars, and I will make this again. Thanks for this time saving recipe! ♥

Hello old friend! I made your wonderful cheesecake, for my son in law's birthday cake, and it was PERFECT! I'm so happy to be able to finally add a review to this fantastic recipe! I wouldn't change a THING! The flavor was spectacular, and the appearance was ... well, PERFECT! I'm glad AR finally published your wonderful recipe! ♥

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
Adding my 5 stars to the 2000+! I followed the recipe exactly, and added some raisins and chopped walnuts. These are BY FAR the easiest and BEST tasting cinnamon rolls I have EVER made. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe! ♥

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
This was really good! I used Koolwhip Free, and cheesecake pudding mix ... going to take it to work and share the yumminess! I'll serve with sliced honeycrisp apples, Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread cubes, and Anna's Ginger Thins ... and I just found an AR recipe for these cookies, called "Traditional Swedish Pepparkakor" that I can't wait to try! Thanks for this great recipe! ♥

Panzanella Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I made this last night and was disappointed that it seemed dry. However, I will try again, when I have more people to feed besides myself. I cut the recipe down to 2 servings. Others have said when you do that, sometimes the proportions are not correct. Also, I think the marrinated mozzarella balls might improve the taste. I REALLY wanted to like this!

Personal Portobello Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I thought this was OK but not great. I have to agree with the other reviewer, who said they are difficult to eat. So, I'll probably not eat again. Sorry!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
WONDERFUL! All of my guests wanted the recipe! I made a mistake, in that I made it, using a larger, and deeper pan, and made 1 1/2 recipe. Consequenly, it took longer to cook (double the time). Next time, I'll follow the recommendations! Thanks for a great recipe!

Broiled Scallops

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
I made these last night, and was a little disappointed. They tasted OK, just not outstanding. Next time, I'll try sauteing instead of broiling, and use some Old Bay instead of Garlic salt.

Unbelievably Good Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
I just made this, and it is EXCELLENT! This is almost a clone of the Marzetti's cream cheese fruit dip! Just beat the cream cheese FIRST, then add the sweetened condensed milk... wonderful! Absolutely 5 stars, and thanks for this recipe!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
Sorry, but this tasted nothing like roast pork, which was what I really wanted. I made the recipe as stated, and was quite disappointed. I'll not be making again. 3 stars for simple, though!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
Very simple to prepare, and the time was correct, the meat was perfectly done, and very tender! I've never added vinegar and sugar to a corned beef recipe before, but followed the recipe exactly. I didn't care for the slightly "tangy" taste it gave the vegetables. I'll make again, but omit the vinegar and sugar.
