This was great! So easy to prepare, little to no clean up and tons of flavor. I added the olive oil to the packets before closing, salt, pepper and for 3 packets (I only used 1lb of beef) I sprinkled half a packet of top ramen flavoring to the beef and veggies. I used carrots, potatoes, green bells and onion. Yumo! I'll do this again for sure. So easy and delicious. Season the meat as you wish with whatver you like to use, remember the olive oil and play with the additional seasonings! I may use cajun next time. Thanks for the recipe.

Delicious! Used Mozz and basil, olive oil to brush it and baked it for about 40 minutes. No mush at all! I will be making this again asap!

I have to say this soup is great! Next time I will use some sort of noodle and possibly a bean but other than that fantastic. I took one of the reviewers advice and added a dash of chili powder. I also used veggie bouillon cubes with sea salt and herbs....DELISH!......no celery because I didn't have any and I used frozen green beans and only had one sweet on hand but there is still plenty. This recipe is very versatile and wonderful The big bonus is that my 19 month old loved loved the veggies out of the soup. Nice.
