Tonight is one of those nights ... work, pick up the kids, feed them REALLY fast before running out the door - one car to gymnastics, one to pilates.  We try really really hard to not eat "junk."  Our daughter eats Chic-Fil-A once a week at daycare & that's fine - all things in… MORE

Dinner last night (it was a long night, sorry for the delay in the entry) was a crockpot Beef & Barley soup.  http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Beef-Barley-Vegetable-Soup/Detail.aspx We cut the veggies the night before, throw it all in the crockpot & let it go.  No need to cook the beef… MORE
