Sloppy Joes II
I made these for dinner last night and my husband who normally eats like a bird ate 5 of them! I had between a pound and pound and a half of meat, so I guesstimated adding more ketchup, mustard and brown sugar to get these to the right consistency. I also added about a tablespoon Worcestershire sauce as it seemed to need more liquid. I think next time I may try doubling the recipe and leaving this in the crock pot all day. Manwich, eat your heart out! These are so good and easy I will definitely be making them again and from the family's reaction I'm certain it'll be requested soon.

Baked Pork Chops I
My husband loves these and has bragged on them so much I've had to give out the recipe 3 times already. I doubled the sauce as suggested by others.

Amish Macaroni Salad
I gave this recipe 4 stars due to the changes I made due to suggestions from other reviewers. I omitted the relish due to personal preference, cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and used mayo instead of salad dressing to cut the sugar a little more. I also used the entire 16 oz. box of pasta rather than measuring 2 cups. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and took it to a football gathering. There were no leftovers, even though I doubled the recipe. One friend went so far as to call this the best macaroni salad she had ever tasted!
