Chili Rellenos Casserole
I used fresh poblano chilis (3 lg) I roasted them 1st & removed the outer skin ( preheat broiler to 500 degrees f, then roast the chilis 10-15 minutes, turning chili's 2-3 times to roast evenly) outside of that, the rest of the recipe was really good, I will double the peppers & will triple the eggs, milk & flour next time just because I thought it wasn't filling enough this way, (& cuz we all wanted more)really REALLY good. :)
