Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
Very good recipe. I love seared tuna. I like mine rare and this works well for that. If I'm in a hurry, I just use a tube of Wasabi paste and not make the butter sauce.

Mai Tai II

I love this drink! It is so easy to make and is perfect every time. I buy the small cans of pineapple juice so I can make 2 at a time for my sweetie and me.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
I fixed this at the last minute for a quick dessert. I used blueberries and was pleased with the results. My guest said it was very good. I will use this again.

Cranberry Relish I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
This is a good Cranberry Relish. It is somewhat on the tart side, but we liked it very much. Just as easy as it sounds.

Scalloped Oysters I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
Very good, very easy. My guest loved this dish, especially the men who already loved oysters. Try to find the smaller oysters as they are easier to eat.

Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
I made this stew when having a large group over to eat outdoors. Cooked this in my cast iron dutch oven using charcole under the oven and on top of the lid. Every drop of this stew was eaten and I used a 12" oven! I did use 2 cans cream style corn and one can of whole kernel corn. So very good with cornbread!.
