Easy OREO Truffles

Loved i took others advise and after making the balls I refrigerated them for 45 minutes to firm them then dipped and rolled and refridged again. Excellent recipe.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I like green beans and my kids do too but I usually put them in a crock pot with chicken stock and onion mix for 2 hours so I thought I would try a different way. Sorry, none of us cared for this recipe.

New York Style Pizza

This recipe was good. I used a 12 inch pizza pan and after it finished it was more like a Chicago pie then a NY pizza. I think I should have used a bigger pizza pan. Also I used regular tomato sauce and it left the pizza tasting a little salty. Next time I will try this with and tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes that say no salt added. Anyhow, this recipe was good and I will be trying it again with my recommendations of course.

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

This was an excellent spin on asparagus. My veggie hater kids and husband loved it. I wrapped one slice of bacon around 2 asparagus peices. I baked on 400 for 15 mins then i turned them over and broiled for 3 minutes. It didnt need any pepper the bacon and the asparagus were enough.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

This recipe was good. i dont know what heavy cream is so i used cream of chicken. Before i tossed the items together i tasted the shrimp and it was AWESOME. After i tossed the items i tasted it and all it needed was a little salt and it was really good. And by the way, my picky kids loved it.

Mimi's Smoked Salmon Chowder

This was excellent. We had too much salmon that we grilled and didnt want it to goto waste. i tried this recipe and i though it was great. I used all ingredients but the half and half. I would most certainly make this again

OMG!!! This is amazing. I absolutely loved this recipe. The only adjustment that I made was to use 1/2 the amount of mayo. But this was absolutely stunning.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

I took the reviewers advice and baked it then i let it sit for about 10 minutes but it was still a little gooey so i put it in the fridge for about an hour and it was the way that i like it, like Cracker Jacks. My kids loved it too.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

this was a very good recipe. I only used one can of cream of mushroom and i let it simmer for 3 hours then i added my vegetables for another 2.5 hours. Excellent Roast!!!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

i thought the marinaded outside was good but the inside of the pork chop was plain. Therefore, my kids used ketchup to dip the chops into. I think i would make this again but let the marinaded items sit on the meat for a couple of hours so the inside could absorb the flavor as well.
