Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes
Quick, easy and delicious. I only cooked the zucchini about 2-3 minutes - cooked, but not mushy.

It's got a kick! Cut the cayenne in half, and it will still be hot.

Sausage Egg Casserole
Rave reviews from a mix of guests. I followed other reviewers' advice and only used 1/2 lb cheese. 1 lb would have been a lot.
