Chili Dog Casserole II

Delicious new twist on the traditional chili dog! This is definately a keeper, and one I will be making again later this season! But I did add two small chopped onions, and I also had to use four 15-ounce cans of chili, because two cans wouldn't have been enough. I also used bun length franks; fitted the tortillas better.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very good baked chicken recipe. Instead of brushing the Teriyaki sauce on, I poured it into a medium bowl and dipped the chicken in; then marinated it over night. I also had to substitute brown sugar, because I was out of the white kind. Served it with peas and rice. Overall, it turned out very well and will make again in the future.

Perry Family Barbeque Sauce

Not to be rude, but this sauce was terrible! To thin and too pungent (both in smell and in taste). Ended up throwing it out and making another recipe (the 'Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf' sauce; much better).

Southwest Skillet

Very good skillet recipe; will definately keep you warm on a cold Fall or Winter day! Will make again soon! The only changes I made is that I substituted ground cumin instead of using salt; I also didn't measure out the corn chips and cheese...I used about 3 handfulls of crushed corn chips, and a heaping handful of cheese. Everything else is the same.

Tuna Fish Salad

This is very good tuna salad! I really like the extra added seasonings, plus the addition of the Dijon mustard and lemon juice. I did use dried minced onion instead of fresh onion, I also added two teaspoons of dill relish.

Home On The Range Tuna Salad

Not bad. I really like the lemony taste! That plus the cottage cheese and egg give a nice twist on tuna salad. I used regular onions because I didn't have any green ones.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Very good tuna and pasta casserole! A little dry around the edges, but still very good. I used 2 cans of soup, and 2 cans of tuna. All in all, it came out well!

Homemade Butter

This turned out just fantastic! I first tried to make it in my blender, but it got to thick and creamy for the blades. But then I tried it with my hand-held mixer, and it turned out just perfect...five stars all the way!

Amish Casserole

Tastes OK, but seems ingredients are out of proportion. I needed to use two cans of cream of chicken soup, and should have used two pounds of ground beef. I'll probably make again sometime, but I will adjust the amount of ingredients.
