The World's Best Turkey

Not crazy about turkey, that said This was wonderful Might just have changed my mind on the bird, sooooo moist 10lb bird cooked in 2 hrs, only problem I had was whern I went to cut bag Kitchen shears and cut right through the wire from tem gauge.LOL wanted a new one anyway. Merry Christmas all

Butter Pecan Rounds

followed excatly except only baked 8.5 mins were good when warm but started firming as they cooled and an hr later were so hard that you had to use thyem as dunkers. They were baked on parchment at 350. as dunkers they rate a 5 stars

Chicken Breasts Pierre

As TV Chef Micheal Smith says, "a recipe is just words on paper." I agree; that being said, I made this for two and changed the water into red wine (not as in the Bible), used Balsamic in place of the white vinegar, and added green onion and green chillies. Served over rice. 10 stars

Walnut-Tarragon Chicken Tenders

my review is only 3, dredged in seasoned flour first then egg wash then in pecan crumbs and panko, pecan was to large needs to be fine crumbs otherwise was great, the original recipe was a 5 except should dredge in flour fie=rst , it makes the rest stick better

Best Bread Machine Bread

Yeast Pancakes

worst pancakes ever. Well almost. No flavour. Not enough liquid although when useing flour a lot depends on wheather as to how much liquid needed. Will not be doing them again and don't know what recipe the rest of reviewers were using It sure wasn't this one

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

First off let me say " I HATE TO BAKE" because it's sooooo exact. other than tradeing butterscotch for chocolate chips or almond extract for vanilli you pretty much need to follow a recipe exactly if you want it to come out. That being said; this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've made, I did subsitute 1/2 butterscotch chips They came out wonderfull nice flavour and softness. I baked on parchment makes for easy clean up

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

After a major bump in the road it came out Great. I did a 5 rib crown roast of pork with this glaze. Next time will inject with glaze. Cooked at 425 15 minto brown and then glazed every 10--15 min, served heated glaze on the side. Don't ask about bump :o)

Pumpkin Cookies I

Yes very nice soft mild cookie but could use a little kick, used my own pumking pie spice in place of cinn and could have used more. All in all will make again and tweek it. Used icecream scoop and flattened raw cookie with floured fork.
