Exceptional recipe. Thanks DHERDEBU. The texture and definitely lobster taste are there, and I’m not a fan of lobster. I have followed the direction exactly. I have grilled and broiled it with the same great result, just stay more toward the 3 min that the 5 (to be on the safe side) still it has to be cooked again. Now I will try it with less sugar or agave nectar and way less butter. I have paired up with fresh grilled veggies and a fresh coleslaw. I will take and upload a photo next time I do it. Definitely this will be a dish that I will keep on repeating.
