Clark's Quiche

Delicious! I made it exactly as the recipe except for the ham. I just doubled the bacon because that was what I had on hand. I think it would've been even better with the ham. I have eaten half of a quiche by myself over the last two days. It does reheat well. I will definitely make again!

Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff

I followed the recipe to the letter, except for the red pepper flakes. Following other's advice here, I cut this down to 1/2 teaspoon and it was more than enough. I liked the zip that the pepper flakes added, and I love spicy food, but 2 teaspoons would be overwhelming. The sauce is very thick and delicious. I can see where some may want to thin down the sauce a bit. Overall, very good recipe.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

I added some chopped onion and green pepper to the mix, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This was definitely one of the better meatloaves I have ever made. This recipe is a keeper. I happened to have some spicy pineapple preserves on hand from a gourmet store, and I think that may have made the difference. Others mentioned the sauce being too sweet, but mine turned out perfect!

Spinach Quiche

Good recipe. My crust turned out a bit soggy, but I think that's because I used fresh spinach and mushrooms. That said, the entire thing was eaten and enjoyed, so still a tasty recipe.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This was really easy to make, so I liked it for that reason. The flavor was okay, but not the best I've had. However, I did use wheat flour for 1/3 of the flour so that may have made the flavor more bland. I will try it exactly as written next time.

Banana Coffee Cake

This was okay. Mine stayed soft in the middle even though I cooked it far longer than the recommended time. Myabe I did something wrong, and perhaps my bananas were too ripe. It still had a nice flavor.

This had a great flavor. Mine never did borwn, but it still tasted very good anyway. I think next time I will bake for a few minutes on the pizza stone before adding toppings.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Yum! This was my favorite part of my pizza. Taking others advise, I only added half of the honey and I also added a bit more of the pepper flakes (personal preference). It turned out great! Will make again.

Baked Halibut Steaks

This was really good. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I really liked the halibut and thought it had a nice flavor. In fact, the vegtables may have even overpowered it a little. Overall, it was a good dish.

Gorgonzola and Wild Mushroom Risotto

I could not find the dried mushrooms or truffle oil,so I made it with portabello mushrooms instead. It was still delicious! I can't wait to try it again with all of the correct ingredients.
