German Chicken
My husband loved this!! He'd give it 10 stars if he could... of course he is a big fan of the kraut!!! He said he would even like it without the chicken!! I, on the other hand, am not a big fan of it...but the bar-b-q sauce changes it for the better.. i also drained my kraut well.... I think this is important... I think it would be too runny.. used honey b-b-q sauce... Most importantly.. it doesnt get any easier... served with "healthy" baked beans and "lighter" mashed potatoes...oh yeah and I did not cover thinking again of it becoming runny.. the kraut was "thick" and carmelized.. it was good!

Blue Cheese Dip II
This was excellent.. my only change was to eliminate the green onion, due to the fact i needed this to be more of a condiment and not a dip.. i was afraid that upon storing in frig for several days that the green onions would change taste or consistency too much so I used a small amout of dried onion.. my husband would definitely eat this as a dip.. a couple tablspoons of milk and you'd have dressing.. im using it to eat with meat.. I'm a low carber...thanks

Best Tuna Casserole
yum.. after reading other reviews I added a cup of light mayonnaise and put all my cheese inside casserole.. my moisture was perfect.. If I had gone with only the 2 cans of soup it would have been too dry.. the next day it was a little dry due to the noodles further sucking up moisture.. I can only imagine how dry it would have been next day without additional mayo.. this is reason it was rated 4 stars.. added a little garlic salt and pepper.. it was very good.. thanks
