Pizza Dough I
Use the recipe as it is. I tried a few variations and it was not good. First, I tried the 2tbsp of honey (as one person suggested). Bad idea. The dough never got crispy... and it's still in the oven after 45 min.... still doughy. Also, I tried adding 1 tbsp of salt. Who knows if it helped b/c I can't eat the pizza. Roll it out thin... that's my suggestion. If I ever do try it again I'll probably just follow the directions as written. Well, I added seasonings also. It looks a little strange with the basil mixed in. I'm a little disappointed. Better luck to all the other people out there. Just follow the recipe. It turned out so gross with me, that I had to throw it away. Inedible. :(

Gramma's Cream of Broccoli
Love it! I add instant mashed potatoes and all kinds of stuff to make it great. (Anything I can think of that I have around that looks good... noodles, etc.)

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
It was like a fluffy scone, and honestly, I'm not really into scones that much. However, I do appreciate their regional authenticity.
