Honey Wheat Bread I

really tasty. Had to add more flour because my dough was really wet and had to knead FOREVER... but the crust was a great texture and the taste is fantastic... especially if you spread a little honey butter on it.

Old Fashioned Stuffing

made this exactly like the recipe says and took to my family's Thanksgiving potluck today. About 1/4 of it got eaten. Probably won't make again. I thought it tasted okay, but I've had much much better.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

yum! the brownie layer was a little tough because of the caramel. I would suggest using a smaller Springform pan so that the brownie is thicker and can absorb the caramel but maintain brownie-ness.

Pesto Sauce

I made this for a party last night and it was a total hit. Put it on top of some cheese tortellini. It was a little thick, so I added a little more olive oil. Also, no need for salt. It is fine without it.
