This plate was the same plate of food I'd eat almost every morning in Maui. Staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Lahaina, we had a buffet every morning. The create-your-own waffle bar was my favorite. Chopped macademia nuts and coconut syrup, topped with diced mango. Fresh Hawaii Gold pineapple and a wedge of papaya.
But yes, I tried evvverything!
