Not for show, though. We went to my parents for Thanksgiving, but decided that we'd make our own turkey just for leftovers :) Olive oil, salt and pepper. 350 for about 3 hours and it came out SO delicious. No basting. No foil. Crispy skin and moist meat. Probably a fluke. I'll be trying again this year, for my parents.
