im an all around type cook, I've lived from Canada to new England and to Florida and back up to north Carolina, so i can boil, bake & fry! i can brew up some mean ice tea!....lol...i can make very good spaghetti, tender rib eyes, the best baby-backs, oh, and very good southern breakfasts! homemade biscuits & all! my mom lived in rhode island, i would drive up from NC, after driving 10 to 12 hrs, my mom always wanted me to fry her some chicken, i wish she was still here so i could fry her some more. all of them were triumphs! i had fried a large batch of pork chops,(had company coming) set the food on the table in the dinning room, came back to the room to find a huge dog on the table eating the pork chops! we lived in a farm house in the country, the dog had came through the screen door and just helped him self!...and nope, it wasnt my dog!
