Wonderful recipe!! I made this for my nieces wedding shower I catered. I made this according to the directions but thought that I can add other ingredients to change it up for other jobs.

Brenda's Strawberry Slush Delight

I catered my nieces wedding shower which had a beach theme this past weekend. We set up the tiki bar with this drink and everyone loved it! Froze this in sand buckets and served with an ice cream scoop. Thanks for a great drink!!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

This is such a wonderful recipe!!! I have made it over and over again, either as a loaf or muffins. I haven't changed one ingredient and it always turns out so good.

Strawberries and Cream Cake

Very tasty cake, made it for a co-workers birthday...everyone loved it!! The only thing I might change would be the amount of eggs, maybe one less so the cake would turn out less dense and a little lighter? Otherwise it was great!! Will definately bake this one again.

Easy German Chocolate Cake

I made this recipe for a co-workers B-day and then again for my roommates b-day. You really have to grease and flour the pan or it will stick terribly!! It was moist and wonderful, very easy to make!!! Loved the cream cheese center. I also decided to drizzle some carmel sauce on top of it just to make it good and rich (like it wasn't already!) and a scooop of ice cream. It was really very gooey and wonderful! I used only 1 bowl and 1 baking pan...very easy to make, let it set for a bit before turning out on a dish.

Sugar Free Blueberry Coffee Cake

I made this recipe for my diabetic father. Instead of making a cake I made muffins. It was quick and easy to make him a basket of them for a little father's day suprise. We all enjoyed them for breakfast with coffee.

Pumpkin Bread

I have made this recipe many times so far over the Thanksgiving holidays, it froze well, many people said that they didn't care for pumpkin but really liked this after they tried it. Cooked up very moist. I made 8 mini loafs from 1 recipe to give to family and friends.

Fresh Apple Cake II

This recipe makes 6 mini loaf cakes. They turned out very moist and delicious, and they froze and thawed very well. Using them for the upcoming holidays for homemade gifts for family and friends.
