Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Didn't make the meatballs but followed the recipe for sauce exactly, just halved it. I always surprise myself when i make something really good because I'm a terrible cook, even with a recipe, I have issues. This was super yummy! I added a splash of balsamic vinegar in at the end (I saw Jamie Oliver do that once), and added in prepared turkey meatballs from Trader Joes about 20 minutes before it was done. Fabulous super easy recipe.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

I made this ahead, just as written, and it turned out great. I didn't double the sauce or anything and it wasn't swimming in sauce but nice and creamy. Great recipe, don't change a thing! Unless you want to put cheese on the top. A little cheese never hurts.

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I have to start this review saying I'm only giving the chicken 3 stars it was a little bland a bit heavy for me with the cheese, but I had so much stuffing left over I added an egg, panko crumbs, and old bay seasoning and fried these into crab cakes in some olive oil. Served up with a basic remoulade sauce (ketchup, vinegar, hot sauce, few tblsp mayo, lemon juice), and oh my, they were some tasty crab cakes!!
