Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
This was very good. For me, it was important that I used quality coconut milk, such as "A Taste of Thai" coconut milk. Also, I used the curry from the Asian market, for authenticity. I also garnished my dish with cilantro and lime juice. That made the dish excellent! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Thai Noodles
This was a fabulous recipe. I made a few changes based on preference. I omitted ginger only becuase I didn't have any on hand. I added about 2 cups of shrimp. I also added some fish sauce and lime juice. Then I garnished the dish with chopped cilantro. Because my husband cannot eat spicy dishes, I left the spicy sauce on the table for those who prefer it spicier. Absolutely delicious! Thanks so much Sharon!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
What a great salad, and incredibly fullfilling! I actually made this as a side salad for our Thanksgiving dinner and it turned out marvelous! I made the dressing the night before and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. Then I mixed the entire salad about 4 hours before serving. I also did what a reviewer recommended and took out the raisins and sunflower seeds, and instead added 2 cups of halved red grapes and a cup of almonds. There was quite a bit of dressing, so I ended up using only about half of what the recipe calls for. Fantastic! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
