Pesto Chicken Florentine
So delicious! Tastes like something from an Italian restaurant! I opted to use Alfredo sauce from a jar and Classico pesto sauce. I used 3 tablespoons of the pesto and it turned out perfectly. Will definitely be making this again!

Enchanted Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
It was pretty good but it had it's blah moments. I think more salt and garlic would have really helped this dish.

Garlic Red Potatoes
I love the lemon flavor! It really enhances the butter taste. I will probably increase cooking time to an hour next time.
