Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
I used chocolate cookie crumbs for this cake. It is DELICIOUS. Two things i will do different next time: 1) use about 50 caramels for the filling as 30 was not enough. 2) Use more milk in the carmel as it end up a little harder then I would like. I put carmel on top too and almost doubled the amount of milk it asked for and it was still thick but not "chewy" Over all one of my favorite cheesecakes for sure.

Caramel Shortbread Squares

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
these are really awesome. to ensure a good crust USE REAL BUTTER. trust me it helps and you dont need to butter your pan. make sure when you put the dough in the pan you poke holes all over it with a fork. and make sure each layers is cooled completely before adding the next layer. I didnt have light corn syup so I used golden syrup and its turned out great. Thanks for the recipe

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
These are very good cookies, I brought them to work today and they were gobled up in record time. The only changed I would make... I will only used 1.5 cups of chocolate chips next time as there were so many i couldnt even get them to stick into the dough so i ended up with about ahlf a cup of chocolate chips in my bowl after i was done with all the dough. The other think i might change is to refridgerate the dough for an hour to let the flavors meld because the dough in these doesnt really have too much flavour. altogether though these cookies are very good and I will use this recipe again

Wacky Cake VIII

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
I was very skeptical of this cake I only made it because I have looked everywhere for a cake recipe that my sister can eat (she has irritable bowel syndrom and cannot eat eggs or dairy) I made it for dessert tonight and the entire family loved and my sister was soooo happy that she could finally eat chocolate cake again! I just melted some sugar in a pot and poured it on top like a glaze because my sister cant have icing. excellent recipe, better then most cakes that have milk and eggs!

I LOVE this sauce. I grilled my chicken with some peppers and then tossed it all in the sauce and put it in a tortilla shell. It was amazing!

Red Wine-Mustard Pan Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
I made this sauce with steak, it literally takes 5 minutes, very easy, and tastes great. It was a lot lighter then expected, my boyfriend didnt think it was all that amazing, he said it didnt have enough kick.
