Whole Grain Waffles

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
Great recipe. I also didn't have the flax meal or wheat germ on hand so I ground up some rolled oats to make a flour and used that. I put a 1/2 cup buttermilk with the milk too and it came out great. I have a non-stick waffle iron and didn't need to spay any oil on it. Great! I will definitely make again.

Imitation Crabmeat Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
I like this salad. But since I'm watching my fat intake I used miracle whip instead of mayonaise and only 4 Tbsp., 2 Tbsp. of lite sour cream and 4 Tbsp. of Light Italian Dressing. Came out great. It does look too soupy in the photo.

This is now my family favorite and we like no other recipe for stuffing.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
Easy and turns out great. Perfect size for a large pizza too. I substituted 1/2 cup whole wheat flour to give it a little fiber. Turned out great.

Tomato Bisque II

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
I followed others advice to use 2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes. Much more tomatoes are required for the ratio of the white sauce added. After I added the white sauce, there was hardly any tomato flavor there. I'd recommend halving the amount of milk (really a white sauce. The recipe also needed more seasonings like garlic and a lot more basil.

Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
I tried this recipe about 3 years ago from allrecipes.com and my whole family loves it! It's the only stuffing recipe I use now. I don't go to the extent of drying my own bread cubes. I buy the pre-packaged one from the store and the recipe turns out great. You won't be dissapointed!
