Pepperoni Stromboli

Very easy recipe and came out great. However, next time I am not sure I'd do the braiding on the top. I am not sure I did it right and there was so much bread on the top.

Pork with Clams

Easy and delicious dish! I adapt it to how my family makes it (I am Portuguese) and take out the tomatoes and add some olive oil.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

The best cookies I have ever had! They were a hit in my office. I scale down the cocoa powder so that it doesn't over-power the peanut butter cup taste

Arny Cookies

Time consuming but great! Make sure the cookies cool before frosting them and also ake the frosting ahead of time so it thickens before you put it on.
