My friend and I love our "Pea Soup Wednesdays" at a local restaurant and when her family needed a meal brought in, I thought I'd try this recipe. It did not disappoint! What a delicious recipe. I didn't change a thing. My friend and her whole family LOVED the soup. Thanks for such a YUMMY recipe. I did reserve some bacon and crumbled them together with some crunched up croutons and sprinkled them on the soup. TASTY!
