Fettuccini Tomato Rustica II

This is my second review for this wonderful recipe. I am always looking for ways to reduce the fat content of recipes. I used NO oil in this recipe and instead of the sundried tomatoes I used a can of diced tomatoes. The water from the can ensured the dish was not too dry and it still tasted a treat! Mom's Meat Loaf

This is absolutely delicious! I also doubled the amounts so as to have leftovers but there wasnt much left! Many sounds of delight came from my husband and kids whilst eating this meatloaf. For Aussie cooks - I used Jatz original crackers. Other than that, I didnt change a thing. Thank you for such a great recipe.

Garlic Chicken And Grapes

This was yummy. I cooked the chicken in the sauce and found this good. I quartered the grapes. I did not have any seseme seeds but their absence did not seem to affect this wonderful dish. Thanks for a lovely recipe that the whole family enjoyed.

Thanks for a lovely recipe Jessica. The family all loved this chicken dish. Just make sure you like the taste of honey otherwise it may taste a little too sweet. Great!

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise

This got the two thumbs up from all the family. Instead of frying the patties I placed them in a non stick muffin tray. Then I baked them. This saved on the fat content yet they still tasted fantastic. Thanks for a great recipe Emily.

Dale's Lamb

Absolutely delicious! I used the marinade on a whole shoulder of lamb and then baked it. I drained the marinade off the meat before doing so. I used the marinade as suggested - pouring it over the meat once sliced. A hit with the family and a real keeper. Thanks!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This is yummy. Omit the butter though - you dont need it and you have so much less fat in the dish. Making it again tonight!

Zucchini Slice

I make this recipe alot but it is much better with some chopped bacon and some garlic. I also eliminate the oil - it is still great without it and you dont have so much fat.
