Hello foodies! Well Fall is finally upon us. The ovens are getting cranked up and stews are on the stove. The crock pot has been brought up from the basement and the aroma of pumpkin and spices will soon fill the air. Comfort food is upon us. I love making wonderful one dish casseroles this time of year. I am always looking forward to hearing what wonderful creations you are mixing up in your kitchens.

Tonight I will be preparing Stuffed Peppers, Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole and Quick Yeast Rolls.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Are you preparing the traditional feast or something unique for this age old holiday?

What's cooking in your kitchen?

Chad

Made blueberry waffles for my neighbors' last night, Prepared for 4 of us, but there were 6! Luckily she did some scrambled eggs & sausages, so there was enough. I also made the syrup & everything was definetely a hit. Sure did make for a fun night-afterwards we played wii Monopoly-I stayed up way too late!

Tonight I am making Cube Steak, rice, green beans and I made homemade chocolate cupcakes for desert. I am new to cooking but I have been obsessed for a while so I am teaching myself. I love trying anything and learning new techniques.

Thank You and I need to make a broccoli casserole again, Thanks for the reminder!
