About this Cook
I am recently married to a man who is a great cook, but likes to eat the same thing every week. so i'm trying to step up and cook more in order to add some variety to our diet. I recently started eating a paleo/zone lifestye, and can not rave enough about the results. i have more energy, i run faster, lift more, stay full, and look amazing (just being honest!!)
My cooking triumphs
I have made pumpkin cheesecake bars and peanut butter and chocolate cheesecakes. Both were the hit of party. Keep getting requests for them. They are the only 2 things I can bake though
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list!

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever
I made these last night for a work potluck. i was prepared to write that although they are good, they were a pain in the butt to make and i would probably never make again. and then i ate one this morning. OMG! i want to make them again tonight! they were perfect. i also made the PB frosting as suggested. I'm a novice cook, so almost everything is a pain in the butt to make!!
