Berry Delicious

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
My guess is, if you like berries, this is a tasty smoothie, as my son who loves berries loved it.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
Very tasty. Unfortunately, in all the dinner time hub bub I forgot to sprinkle with sugars. They have the same taste/texture as Dunkin Donuts. Yummy

Spritz Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
I found the dough to be too stiff for my battery operated cookie press, which was a little frustrating, but I managed to fix that by thinning it out with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. They taste and look great and were quite quick to make.

Deep Fried French Toast

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
This is one of the most awesomely fantasmagorical things I have ever made. I added 2 tsps of vanilla b/c I just can't imagine french toast without it, but other than that, it was perfect.

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
I made this b/c I was looking to try a cake from scratch as I've never made one before. When I saw that it was safe for my sister (egg allergy), my niece (milk allergy), and my husband (nut allergy), I was sold. The cake came out moist and chocolatey. I did add the salt, as others suggested, and I think I added a bit more cocoa powder than called for, but I think it came out wonderfully. Even my brother-in-law who hates cakes from scratch loved it!

Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
We made these out of desperation b/c we were hot and sick and really wanted some cookies that used what we had on hand: oatmeal and chocolate chips. They are now one of my favorites. Chewy and rich but not over powering in the chocolate factor.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
I made it using "ReaLemon" b/c I didn't have any lemons on hand and my son desperately wanted lemonade. We all agreed it was great. Not too tart or too sweet (although our tastes to verge on the sweet, so take that with a grain of salt).

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
My husband, our friend, and 2 of our nieces hated this recipe. We even tried doubling the amount we mixed into the water as we usually do that with store bought mix and it didn't help at all. It tasted like powdered milk mixed with pudding mix.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
This recipe had just enough tang from the cream cheese (one of my favorites) to make it amazing. However, it needed more cheese as it seemed a bit dry. Then again, my husband and I love cheese.
