Corn and Black Bean Salad

Really simple and tons of flavor. This is a definate stand by in our house, because it's easy to always have the ingredients on hand. The only thing you could add might be a little red onion, but that is a personal thing.

Sloppy Joes

These are very good if you like sloppy joes that a sweet in flavor. If you don't like the sweetness then ommit the vinegar and brown sugar to fit you needs. Otherwise a very good recipe, but the sweetness wasn't as big a hit for myself
