SUPER FAB! My husband and I really enjoyed this. I used chicken legs and marinated them all day while we were at work - super!! I will make this recipe again!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
It was pretty good! It sounded a little bland with only the beef and peas so I added yellow peppers and at the last minute shaved carrot - it added to the taste and also the color was great! I will make this again!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2006
I give it 5 stars - but I must admit that I changed a few ingredients! Living in Japan is often a source of frustration when trying to find "normal" ingredients such as good chocolate chips! I couldn't make a Costco run today so instead I added dried cranberries, white chocolate (chopped from a bar) and walnuts! The result was FANTASTIC!! I will make this recipe again for sure...tomorrow and the day after and the day after that and....

Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
Not bad...I didn't use Sherry in this recipe. And I also changed the corn-flake crumbs to Ritz crumbs (place crackers in sealable bag and have-at-em with a rolling pin!) I'd think that the cereal would be a bit on the sweeter side(??) where the Ritz added a nice salty taste. I used the only chedder cheese that I could find at my regular Japan grocery store! (at least I found some!!!)

Michelle's Peanut Butter Dots

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2006
Very Good! I found that the recipe called for a lot of butter (plus peanut butter) so I halfed the amount of butter and the cookies came out lighter - a melt in your mouth kind! Yummy! PS - I baked them for around 9 minutes!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2006
FLAT BUT FANTASTIC!! I used pecans instead of walnuts - really not knowing what to expect of the overall recipe. They came out crispy and chewy...is that possible?! YES! The taste is simply divine! Try it to believe it...(I ate 5 large cookies from the first batch in one sitting...ekch!...couldn't help myself!)
