Rhubarb Crisp
I don't know if it was that my rhubarb wasn't that sour or what, but this was way too sweet for my taste buds.

Quinoa, Beet, and Arugula Salad
I LOVE this salad! I used regular quinoa and omitted the sugar. I'll be making this regularly.
